The way to going through an interview is to come in prepared. Well prepared as a matter of fact. Make sure your resume is in place. A little planning might do you good.

1. Know the company. Do a background check. Know their history. Their products and services. And their mission and vision.
2. Prepare for questions. Be prepared to answer questions about the company and about yourself.
3. Prepare your own questions. It will impart to them that you are interested in the job vacancy.
4. Look good. Dress appropriately.
5. Be punctual. Tardiness is bad and will immediately put a damper on things.
6. Shake hands firmly. A good handshake shows you are confident.
7. Don’t overdo It. Keep still and punctuate your points with limited hand gestures.
8. Relax. Be your self. Many people panic at interviews and start biting their nails.
9. Listen closely. Pay attention to what is being said.
10. Communicate clearly. Speak clearly and choose your words carefully
11. Don’t ever talk negatively about your current or previous employer.
12. The most important thing… SMILE!
